Traditional Style

Alignment based yoga classes (Level 1 & 2) are inspired by the Iyengar method. In these yoga classes, the focus is on alignment of the body, timing of poses, and sequencing of postures. This makes yoga available to anyone and everyone regardless of age, health, flexibility or other limitations.


Hot Yoga

Hot yoga teachers train in the Baron Baptiste method of hot yoga, which is a fun spin on the 26 poses of Bikram yoga. The room is heated to 100 degrees and the yoga sequence changes, becoming a playful yet vigorous flow of yoga poses. This is great if you want to get in shape and detox but are not recuperating from any injuries or ailments.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga classes are a safe and supportive style of yoga class. This is our prenatal class and is appropriate for seniors with limited mobility or for those who have injuries or health concerns which prevent you from doing anything too strenuous. It is also good for anyone who has a need for relaxation.
