Yoga Instruction

We are a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and committed to the quality and healing benefits of yoga since  2006. Our 200 hour yoga teacher immersion is offered annually. Our foundation is the  study of Iyengar yoga, a style committed to skill and quality of teaching, through  alignment, sequencing and timing of poses.  Our Certified Iyengar Teachers have been practicing yoga for a minimum of 7 years and have completed in excess of 2500 hours of training, In addition, they are connected with a  senior mentor teacher  for continual guidance and learning.

Yoga as Exercise

Our Flow teachers have been practicing yoga a minimum of  3- 5 years. with  200 hours training  and earning a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. This practice moves quickly through poses linked with the breath. The room is warmed to 80 – 90 degrees. The practice  includes standing, twists, forward and back bending  yoga poses. Must be free from injuries, as it is not recommended for those with chronic ailments or those that may be pregnant.

Yoga for Everybody

Our Restorative classes are a safe and supportive style of yoga. Those who have injuries, ailments, or are in the their time of wisdom with limited mobility will find themselves safe and comfortable.  These classes aid the needs of our diverse community,  and those who are looking for a supportive release from their busy lives. These classes were formerly known as restorative.
